Warm & Plush is a premium 100% natural cotton batting with no scrim. It contains 50% more cotton than other Warm Company cotton battings, giving it a heavier feel and loftier structure at 6 oz per square yard.

This needle-punched batting contains no resins or glues and provides excellent stability without shifting, bunching, or separating. Warm & Plush drapes well and works reliably in all types of quilting, sewing, and crafting projects. It’s suitable for hand or machine quilting, including stitch-in-the-ditch, free motion, or tying. For best results, quilting should be spaced no more than 6" apart.

Warm & Plush naturally clings to top and backing fabrics, making it easy to layer without shifting. Basting spray is not recommended, as repositioning fabrics may pull apart the cotton fibers.

Pre-Wash & Care Instructions:

Note that pre-washing is optional. Expect approximately a 3% shrinkage with the first wash.

To pre-wash (if desired): hand soak in mild detergent for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, gently squeeze (do not wring), and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
