Only a small percentage of U.S.-grown cotton meets our standards for Warm & Natural. It’s mechanically cleaned—never bleached or treated with harsh chemicals—preserving its natural integrity and leaving behind subtle flecks that add a unique, natural look without harming your quilt.

The cotton is needle-punched through a thin, durable polypropylene scrim without the use of glue or resins, creating a secure, consistent batting that won’t separate, bunch, or shift. You can quilt or tie up to 10" apart, allowing you to finish projects more quickly and confidently—whether you're a beginner or seasoned quilter.

Warm & Natural is incredibly versatile: use it in quilts, wall hangings, placemats, stockings, quilted clothing, totes, and even as an exterior fabric for soft-sculpture rabbits, and more.

Pre-Wash & Care Instructions:

Note that pre-washing is optional. Expect approximately 3% shrinkage with cold water or 5% with warm water for a puckered, antique look.

To pre-wash (if desired): hand soak in mild detergent for 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, gently squeeze (do not wring), and lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low.
